legal documents and laptop representing website terms of service London

This page sets the legal terms for your use of COR Analytics. Contact us if you have any questions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and COR Analytics Ltd, with a registered business address at 12 Baker Street, London, W1U 3BH, United Kingdom. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, requesting a demo, or subscribing to any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. If you are using the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company and that the term “you” also refers to that company.

2. Service Description

COR Analytics provides software and content that help users analyse currency markets. The platform includes dashboards, probability ranges, risk metrics, research notes, and export options such as CSV and API outputs. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide personalised investment advice. Any examples, illustrations, or model outputs are educational and research oriented. Your decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility. Availability, specific features, refresh frequency, and data coverage can vary by plan and region. We may update or improve models and interfaces from time to time to maintain accuracy, performance, and security.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

To access paid features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. One account per individual is permitted unless a team plan explicitly allows multiple seats. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password or access tokens. Subscription plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout. You can change or cancel your plan from your account page. Where applicable, taxes are charged in line with local rules. We may suspend or cancel service for unpaid invoices, suspected fraud, or material breach of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use and User Obligations

You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not engage in scraping, bulk downloading that exceeds fair use, reverse engineering, probing, or attempting to bypass security controls. You will not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights. You may not resell, sub-license, or provide platform access to third parties unless your plan expressly allows it. If you process personal data through exports or notes, you must do so in compliance with applicable law. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or an actual or suspected security incident.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and documentation on the website are owned by COR Analytics Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the services for your internal business or personal research, in line with your plan. Except as permitted by mandatory law, you must not copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, or publicly display our content without prior written permission. Third-party marks and data remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not: upload malware or attempt to introduce malicious code; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks; use automated systems that place an unreasonable load on infrastructure; mine or extract content to build a competing product; distribute or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading; violate third-party rights including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property; or use the services for illegal financial activity. We reserve the right to investigate violations and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.

7. Content You Provide

If you submit feedback, notes, or other content, you grant COR Analytics a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate, improve, and support the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your proprietary research notes or uploaded materials. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may provide links to third-party websites or allow integrations with external tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not endorse or make promises regarding the accuracy or reliability of third-party materials. You access them at your own discretion and risk.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to deliver reliable information and uptime, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for your specific objectives. Model outputs are estimates and may be wrong. Past performance does not predict future results. Nothing on the website should be taken as investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COR Analytics Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred euros, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COR Analytics Ltd and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or any content you submit or upload.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. You can find the policy at /privacy/. By using the services, you consent to our processing of personal data as described there.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim. If you are a consumer and applicable law requires another forum, this section does not deprive you of mandatory rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before starting legal proceedings, each party agrees to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You can start this process by emailing [email protected] with a brief description of the issue. We will attempt to respond within 10 business days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the first notice, either party may pursue the claim in court as permitted by the governing law and jurisdiction clauses above. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time with or without notice if you breach these Terms, if we detect fraudulent or abusive activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution. Upon termination, your licence to use the services ends immediately, and you must stop using and destroy any copies of materials obtained through the services that are not permitted to be retained by law or by your plan.

16. Changes to the Services

We continually improve our platform. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Where a change materially reduces core functionality in your current paid plan, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and offer alternatives where practical. Access to beta or experimental features is provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn.

17. Modifications to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page unless a different date is stated. If changes are material, we will try to provide additional notice, such as an email or a banner on the website. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services before the effective date.

18. International Use

You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations that apply to your use of the services, including export controls and sanctions. We do not represent that content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Accessing the services from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited.

19. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any order form or subscription confirmation and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and COR Analytics Ltd regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements or communications on the same subject. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an order form signed by both parties, the order form will control for that conflict.

21. Contact

Legal notices and questions about these Terms can be sent to COR Analytics Ltd, 12 Baker Street, London, W1U 3BH, United Kingdom, or by email to [email protected].
